Believe:..All my life I have been a woman of expression, through drawing, singing, dancing and any other form of expression I could find. I love to write and create and when I can combine the two it is even better. And so I learned to turn my imagination in to pictures and my daydreams into stories. I find great joy in helping people find their creative nitches as well. I have come to fully believe that We can not control the hand we are dealt in the game of life, but we can and do very much control how and with whom it is played out. The ultimate choice is up to the individual to make daily decisions of cause and effect that shape the very fabric of our lifes and our well being in general.
We have the individual right and the ability to choose to be happy or sad, good or bad, no matter what the situation is that we face.
Your attitude will always predict your altitude.

Happy summer everyone!
I have been a bit caught up lately. I have been working on my self, spiritually,physically and emotionally. I have changed my eating habits and becoming a raw foodist. I am also spending more time outside so i am not on the computer much anymore. I hope to pop in every few months and update a bit if i can. love and hugs to all who pass this way. Hugs and smooches.

Happy belated Easter everyone!
I have been a bit caught up lately. I have been working in the grassroots campaign for Barack Obama and along with getting ready to publish my new book my time for play and art has been limited. I am still very focused on blog and design these days. I have a bit of writers block and i did not complete the nano this time. But i still have to finish my book before february. I am sure to get it done but right now i have a creative street on design. I havent had an art muse lately so I haven't done any new artwork but hopefully one will come sometime in the future, until then have an awesome life, hugs and smooches to everyone who may pass this way.

Got a minute for a quick update.
This is what 49 looks like on me, I know i will not age gracefully, i will be kicking and screaming and looking for the fountain of youth all the way.lol
Anyhoo..I am getting ready for Nano month and preparing to write those 50thousand words.
My focus these days has been on blog design and blogset the network, hugs and smooches to everyone who may pass this way.

Today I am just resting and getting organized. doing some house cleaning and such. I am also working on my new book manuscript. Hope to finish it during Nano month(nov). Hope to have it published by christmas 07.

Ok today my dogs go to the groomer, they haven't been in over a month so I am really looking forwward to them going today. They look like shaggie fur balls right now..
